Characteristics
Since ARCDIM X Zeta deals massive M.DMG that permanently reduces Heroes' Heal Rate until it takes a certain number of hits in a specific pattern, you need to use Heroes that can deliver multiple hits and increases Heal Rate.
Also be aware that ARCDIM X Zeta has high Crit Resistance.

Meteor Prison of Extinction

Attacks frontal enemies in a circular range of self to deal M.DMG. Each hit reduces the target's Heal Rate and destroys Shield effects. The Heal Rate Reduction effect stacks up to max 100 times and irremovable. This attack lasts until the boss takes a certain number of hits, and it becomes stronger over time. When the number of hits is all consumed, the boss becomes neutralized for a certain period of time and takes greatly increased DMG. The number of hits and Heal Rate Reduction increase as the difficulty rises.

When ARCDIM X Zeta's HP falls to 66% and 33%, it generates a [Nano Protective Force Field] to permanently reduce All DMG self takes. When used for a second time, it generates an enhanced [Nano Protective Force Field].
Adaptive Metadium Armor Zeta
ARCDIM X Zeta is not affected by ATK Spd and DEF Reduction effects. It gains immunity to DMG taken Boost effects and has high Crit Resistance.
Additionally, all of ARCDIM X Zeta's attacks ignore target's' DMG Reduction effects. Crit Resistance increases as the difficulty rises.
